I know I tend to favor District 4 (and indeed- I have a few more beautiful D4-inspired designs coming up!), but really, I think it’s the ocean. I’ve always loved seeing waves rolling across the sea, crashing into the shore…So here’s another lovely, wispy, oceany gown.

President Snow and Head Gamemaker Seneca Crane, the District 12 Escort, Effie Trinket, and the new District 12 Stylist, Cinna. 

The District 12 Stylist, Cinna, seems to have something special in mind for his Tribute. Hope he’ll help her look her best.

District 12 escort Effie Trinket looks a bit…unsettling. As if she’s going to eat that poor boy Tribute.


And I think I’ll never really understand Capitol style.

I’d hope he’d manage to stay sober. But then, maybe his drinking problem is why those poor District 12 Tributes always do so poorly. Can’t imagine his Tributes ever get many sponsors if he’s too busy drowning himself in alcohol…
